- Do you live in the Bellville area and have a minimum of 10 years Reception and Administration experience?Can you communicate well in Afrikaans and English, and do you have your own vehicle?Excellent opportunity to be the front face of this company managing incoming calls and dealing with visitors professionally. We require your friendly, helpful attitude with your ability to multi-task in all areas of managing duties required in this position. REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar role
- Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate and experience in Pastel highly advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and highly organised
DUTIES
- Managing switchboard
- Greeting of customers visiting the office and offering refreshments
- Assisting management in ad-hoc duties and manage the filing systems
- Assisting with diary management of the CEO ensuring the is aware of all upcoming meeting requirements
- Ordering products and collection when required
- Ordering of consumables and stationery required in the office
- Assisting with administration duties for various departments when required
- Any Adhoc duties that arise within the company portfolio
- Salary: R12 000
