Our client is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the team. As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors while also supporting the Business Manager and the Administration team in keeping the office running smoothly.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Greeting guests, visitors and suppliers and assisting to facilitate their requests
- Answering and directing inbound calls
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries as well as booking couriers
Candidate Requirements
- What You Need To Bring To The Role:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Willing to be a team player and “pitch in” when required
- High attention to details and strong communications skills
- Ability to ‘think outside the box’ when it comes to solving new problems
- Be proactive and be willing to implement improvements to benefit the Admin function
- Flexible and adaptable but also organized and ability to execute a plan
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, ensuring they are completed to a high standard every time
- R10,000 per month.
