Job Title: Facilities Manager Needed Urgently At Gauteng

Main Purpose of the job:

We are looking for Facilities Managers with Key Accounts/Business Development experience to join our talent pool to:
manage all aspects of the site services including maintenance on building, equipment, roadways, vehicle fleet;
ensure high levels of client satisfaction and excellent financial performance through the management and development of the site team and great operational standards.

Required Education and experience:

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Knowledge of the Integrated Facilities Management profession
Knowledge of South African and industry-specific laws
Sales focused negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Ability to produce technical and business reports
Ability to work independently
Customer focused approach, commercial acumen and the ability to understand and anticipate business needs
Technologically savvy

Key areas of responsibility:

Identify business opportunities and build solid and sustainable relationships with clients
People leadership i.e. workforce planning/staff scheduling in line with anticipated business needs, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent management.
Financial Acumen: Cost Management and Profitability Analysis
Commercial Acumen: Analyse and process new information quickly to derive client solutions
Risk Management: Identifies abnormalities that suggest investigation, mitigates and reports risks up the line
Ensure compliance to relevant legislation and HSE and codes of good practice
Support transitions and manage projects
Suggests new effective and efficient ways of doing own work while reducing risks on client sites
