Job Title: Administrator/Receptionist Wanted
We are recruiting for a front desk administrator for our client in the medical industry. Our client is a provider of a wide range of medical sales, service and repairs all under one roof. You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks as well as being the first point of contact for the company. The position will be based in the Northern Suburbs and you must have reliable transport to and from work.
- 1-3 years’ proven experience in administration/receptionist duties
- Grade 12
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent computer skills- Must be able to work on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organisation skills
- Good typing skills
- Ability to learn quickly and ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- 8K – 12K depending on experience.
